Clowers had me open a checking account with Chase bank hear in Portland Oregon. He had some one he noes from a different country transfer $500.00 to my account. I took it all out and had my friend wire the money to a supposed gold dealer in Africa that Clowers was talking to on the internet. Then Chase bank told me the money was not authorized to we put in my account.
