My new case was absolutelly dissapointing

Ever since I first came in contact with Belkin products I was simply amazed. My first product was the GRIP VUE case for the ipod 2nd generation. It was the most durable thing ever, I had many falls with it and not a scratch on my ipod, nothing. I was so happy with your product that I started telling all my friends who had apple products to go and get one of your cases, and they absolutely loved it too. Half of my class in school had one, all of my family members had one, and they were really satisfied. So imagine my disappointment after purchasing your new Shield Sheer Case for IPod touch 5th generation. It came the same day as my new ipod, so the first thing I did after opening that box was putting the case on it. After only five days of owning my brand new ipod I had a fall, nothing major, I was just sitting on my bed and when I stood up the ipod strap got it on to my belt and it fell off. My bed is only 60cm tall, but the case fell of, when the ipod touched the ground. Now I have a massive scratch on the screen of my brand new product! I read the overview of the product on your site and I really trusted the company. This made me absolutely disapointed with Belkin. Now I'm willing to give the company another chance, although I don't think I should. The problem is that I'm in Brazil now and I just can't find ANY of Belkins cases for my new ipod. I wanted one similar to the one I first got (grip vue). So I'm asking you to help me find this here in São Paulo. Please respond fast I'm worried that another fall could happen any time soon.
