Sales Reps Shaddy Practices To Make A Sale - Better Offer for Existing Customers Are Worst Than The Offers For New Customers

This cable company is running a scam. Their services are the worst and the sales reps they send to the "field" are just selling and lying about the prices, packages, time of contract and they don't care about the customers. The customer service reps are worst. They can't see the orders on their systems that the field reps write up when they are in your house trying to get you. People please make sure those reps write word by word what they are telling you and that their writing goes thru the last page they have. Make sure they sign and that equipment, services, price, time of contract if any, and their PHONE NUMBER (sales rep #) shows on that paper. Make sure you call him or her before leaving your house to make sure they gave you the correct number.
