I been having problems with my services dealing with time warner, it took me almost two weeks to get my package deal phone, computer, cable, services. And i just added wi/fi today and im still having problems with getting my password, i have talked to so many customer reps. I starting to transfer my services to at&t and im a loyal customer with time warner and i cant believe the response from time warner customer reps. Your customer reps. Is very un professional
