Since purchasing a new cable modem in October as suggested by TWC, our internet service has been unacceptably slow - screen change times of 1 minute. Hours on the phone and in online chats with customer service reps have been a waste of time. The reps have been courteous but are not given the resources to actually diagnose or solve problems and since they apparently cannot access anything that has happened with a previous rep, they have us do the same diagnostic steps over and over and over and no actual solution ever occurs. If we had another provider in our area, we would switch instantly. The monopoly on service that TWC has in too many areas of the country is the only reason they have any customers at all. We are entirely dissatisfied but unable to resolve this issue.
