I was paying my bill threw ther aoutomation serv i could not get threw it kept hanging up on me so i called to talk to a rep and was charged five dollers on my bill for talking to a human on the line i think that is crazy when im giveing them money to pay a bill i think it, s a rip off and if you say just drop the sevice well theay have in a contract
