Curency Exchange
Discriminated against me for being there for an elderly person. Rip-off!

I went to the peoria county currency exchange to get a seven day sticker for my car and i was in line for a while along with others. There was an elder man in the front of me he couldnt even talk he was just that old i would say about in his late 80s. He was there to pay his phone bill. When it was his turn he put his bill on the counter and also his hundred dollar bill. The lady behide the counter by the name of terri started to yell at the man. "how much are you paying? I dont know how much your bill is. This isnt a bill it is past do. What are you paying?"

I dont have time so i said, "he probley needs help. Hes a older guy." so terri got mad as everyone in the line can see and started to slam things down on the counter. She even stamped the mans reciept hard and then threw his reciept to him. When it was my turn in line i put my title on the counter and she said, "mam you are not allowed another sticker." now i had been there before for a sticker and she knew that so i said, "i only had 2 stickers from you" and she said, "i'm not going to argue with you."

I wasnt argueing so i said, "look at your files and let me see a copy." she said, "i'm not allowed to do that." then she said, "how about this, i refuse to sale you one." so i left and i called s&s licence and someone there had me give them my name and phone number for a supervisor to call me. No one never did.

I dont think that it was very professional for her to be working there i know a lot of people who say that she is rude. I think that she is predjudice to blacks because she always has attitudes towards us. It is also not professional to smoke cigarettes in front of customers while you are getting rude and smart. We don't need the second hand smoke. Please someone do something about terri because im sure god will take care of her for doing that man like that and besides i should have spoke up.
