Sent me a card so i used it started paying then they stoped sending a bill now it went to creditors ripoff Houston Texas

I got this card first threw a phone call and they asked for my s.S. Number and all that saying that it was a college card. Then i got the card in the mail thinking that it was going to be a good way to start my credit.

I was making my payments then they stopped sending a monthly bill. I tried to call them on the phone and contact then threw there web page. Months went by and nothing. Then one day i got a note from a creditor saying that they were going to sue me for not paying i tried to call them and nothing was ever done on there part to get this settled. I still have it on my credit and i want it gone.
