I ordered H&R Family Traditions 1PC-CCN-36608, The Mantis Combs customs 1PC-CNN-36618, Received with the order a free Chipaway Hunting Knife-CNN-Free.
The problem is i also placed on the same order a CNN-36444 Bear Mountain Bowie amount of 48.75 of which I did not receive. I called customer service and talked to a lady, who I thought was going to help me instead swore up and down that I did not place that order. We talked about a minute, I got very upset of being told that I did not place the order, raised my voice and then she put another woman on the line, who was the head person in charge at the time. Long story short she did the same thing and so I hung up the phone. I did not feel like fussing about it anymore.

Love the products that I receive, I just want the rest of my order, which they say I did not order. The reason that I say that their was a mix up is because the freight was calculated by Josie SCC-WT-094RPB, this is beside of her name. If you can help me I would be very greatfull. All I want is what I ordered. The Bear Mountain Bowie is the reason that I placed the order to began with.
