I signed on with comcast on the triple played for $99.00 for 2 years. Every month i get a bill for $165-202.00 peer month. I disputed this amount because there was accounting errors on my bill, such as, serviceman-$30.00
six cable boxes mailed to my address and i request 1 box. After being on the phone today with another customer person, she stated my bill is 453.00 wih 226.00 past due, there was supposed to be a credit for 77.00 for this month bill. And the bill is still 453.00, comcast cancelled my xfinity because i owe over 400.00 now, this provision was not in a contract, so there this is the first time i heatred of this, and comcast does not have a corporate telephone. So if the consumer is not satisfied with customer care and addressing different issues. I am very disgusted with this company paying over 200. Oo per month in these hard times are crazy.
