I had a gift hamper ordered for me as a present from a friend overseas. It did not arrive, when my friend complained, she was told they had called my mobile several times which was a lie.

When I contacted Bloomex directly they said they would deliver it last Saturday between 12 and 5, it did not arrive. Again they said they called my mobile several times, which again was a lie - and yes they have my correct mobile number.

When I called them this morning they said someone would deliver it between 12-5 today. Someone again waited in in my house for 5 hours, and yet again they have not delivered.

Do not use this company. They are fraudulently selling products which they do not deliver.

I am currently investigating how to report them to the police.
