Flowers never delivered! - Flowers

I requested that Bloomex deliver the flowers before 10:30am, when they were not delivered by 11 I called asking about the whereabouts of the delivery and they gave me a tracking number that did not work. I then called customer service and left a message nearly every hour until 6pm with a promise to call me back, which never happened. My experience is that Bloomex is unreliable, with terrible customer service and the help people are unable to directly communicate with any managers.
