Bloomex failed to deliver as promised

I ordered a Valentines boquet for my 94 year old mother on February 12. I was told it would be delivered on the 13th. It did not arrive. It did not arrive on the 14th. My mother waited all day and was so disappointed! Will never order from Bloomex again.
