Miscellaneous

Phoned represented themselves as microsoft and advised that I had computer problems that needed to be corrected immediately before it got a virus. Ask to get control of computer and make changes to do this and then at the end charged $199.00 for doing this. Heard on the News this week that this was nothing but a scam. I have disputed charge on my credit card for this reason.
