Bad Gas

Filled up our vehicle on 12/26 at Murphy's in Marion Iowa. Topped off the tank on 01/09. Have been buying Murphy gas since they opened in Marion Iowa. Thurs. Morning was coming home from the store on a busy 4 lane highway and the truck just died. I had help and pushed it off the highway and onto a gravel road. The truck had to be towed to the mechanic. The mechanic just called and said it was bad gas—the gas was black and gummy. It has ruined the fuel pump and hopefully nothing else. The mechanic is saving a sample of the bad gas. I am upset about the bad gas to say the least.
