We hired them to do what we thought was a loan restructure and atomization.instead all they did was fax some papers we sent them to our mortgage company we ended up doing a modification that ended up costing us more than our house was worth plus our payments are more than they were and we had no choice we were never informed of what was going on or that this was going to happen i believe the law said no money upfront but yet we paid 3800.00 for what for them to fax some papers that we sent them i will except 3300.00 and allow the 500.00 for them faxing but i do not believe that was worth 3800.00 as we ended up working with our mortgage company our selves. It is really sad that all these companies were allowed to take advantage of people in such a hard time as it was i hope they all get closed down and put out of business please refund my 3300.00 dollors.
