Company is a Fraud, They are theives and conartist

I am writing to let everyone know that this company is a Rip Off Artist... I entered in to a contract with them in April. I was paying them monthly instalments to take care of a loan modification with my mortgage company. During the time I was waiting they sent me emails very rarely stating my modification was in review and that no other documention was needed. I only got these emails after sending several to them myself asking for an update. I would call and never get voice mail and if I left a message on the main line the call was never returned. After five months I decided to tell them that I needed to contact my mortgage company to ask them if there was anything I could do to speed up the review. I was told by IMACS that I should not contact them that it would delay procedings and I may have to start everything over... I took the chance and thank goodness I did. I was told by my mortgage company that IMACS only contacted them four times with in the five months and they were told each time that since I was in an active bankruptcy that different papers were needed and that it would not be under review until they recieved these papers. So IMACS was told I WAS NOT IN active review several times. I have emails from IMACS stating that everything was fine and my account was under review and nothing was needed. So they bold face lied to me and I have proof. I have since tryed to reach them for a refund of the 1200.00 dollars that I sent to them to do this. I have not heard back on anything... I have contacted the BBB, The Attorney General of Tampa FL and my lawyers. They have even ignored request by them to refund my money.

This company are heartless people taking advantgage of hard working people trying to ease the burden of the rough finacial times that we face. They have taken my money and cause a land fall of other issues in my life. I DO NOT want them to do this to anyone else. Please do not in anyway, shape or form use a comapny with the above listed name for anything. They will take your money in run.

All I ask if for my money back. They have ignored any request so I am going to move forward and hope that I can get a little piece of mind. Thank you for listening
