Rude, having sex in my home and broke my toilet

He came to my home while i was at work after several times of rescheduling appt he finally shows up. I had l, eft a key for him while i was at work so he co9uld go ahead and work on my leak under my home which had aqffected flushing and the toiloets leaking. When i had a lunch break i came home to check on how things were going and to leave hime a check. When i arrived, he was havng sex in my bedroom and no work had been done. I was appauled and he cursed at me and frightened me as he and his friend were putting back on thier clothes running out the door. I also was missing an engagement ring out of my night stand that i was waiting to give my soon to be, fiance. I will make sure next time that i dont choose contractors off of angies list.
