Hands On Plumbing
Contract work not performed, or shoddy workmanship, got charged Berkeley, Oakland, Oakland, El Cerritto, Albany

Hands On Plumbing still has not finished fixing the bathroom, it has been 6 months.
For month after month their employee Todd sat in my house, puttering around.

They managed to drop their tools into the toilet bowl the other day so now there is a huge scratch and a rust spot. The bathtub also is rusting now.

Where they did plumbing work some of the pipes are already leaking! The shower that they fixed for me is dripping water into the wall.

I've had to redo much of the work that they performed for me.

They charged me $6,000 to replace an existing wooden door and I can't get the door to open or shut.

I have found Hands On Plumbing to be VERY difficult to work with, I'm not satisfied with their work on my house, I find it to be shoddy at best, defective or not even completed.

They charged me $5,000 to remove my Kitchen cabinets which is work that they never performed!

I have come home a couple times now to find all my doors opened by the contractor and the house completely abandoned! And yes things were missing, they claim that they were not at my house on those days.

I've called many times to complain, and lots of promises are made and apoligies are offered but the work has not been finished and no action taken to remedy what is wrong with their work.

Summary:
I do not recommend Hands On Plumbing.
