I purchased a home from this company in July and moved in on August 3rd. I have only been there 3 weeks and have already had a roof leak and a plumbing leak that I had to pay over $400 to get fixed. The plumber informed me that they did a half-ass job and did not redo the plumbing correctly. They make everything look good on the outside, to cover up for bad work. They do not use reputable contractors because when I inquired about waranties on the work that was done less than a year ago, I get no response. He calls himself a Christian on his website, well next time I would rather buy from the devil! Never purchase from this company, run the other way! They are not about treating people the way they would want to be treated and are only about money.
