These guys built a bag that was defective and still sold it as a working surfboard bag. The kicker is that instead of owning up they just refuse to answer emails or respond to calls. Heard they are changing the product and manufacturer but at least be honest. Hopefully once the new bags are out, they will compensate those who have filed a complaint because the first bag was useless.
