James Omerod, Soma Financial STOLE COMMISSIONS FROM LOAN OFFICERS!

James Omerod, Branch Manager with Soma financial contacted me about being a Mortgage Banker in for Soma Financial. I filled out the required paperwork he sent me, and he then notified me that I was okayed as a Mortgage Banker, and I could begin originating Loans. When closing came, James Omerod, put his name on the Loan instead of mine, and when It closed he got the comission check cut directly to him.

James Omerod continued to avoid giving me my commission and constantly made excuses, eventually he no longer returned my phone calls or emails. Soma Financial says that since James Omerod had cashed the check there is nothing that they can do for me. Since he put his name on the file. And Soma Financial Has refused to pay me. I am also assuming Fraud took Place, because My Borrower never signed a revised 1003 at closing. So I think they Signed the documents for my borrower. I found that James Omerod now works at another Mortgage Company. James Omerod continues to deny he did any wrong and will not pay me for the Commission check that he cashed.
