I paid $240.00 (plus $25.00) in western union fee for the delivery of a male teacup maltese 13 week old puppy named "Max." I not only did not receive the pup, I was told it would cost an additional $440.00 in insurance fees in order to get "Max" to me. I only had enough money for the agreed/arranged price. My $265.00 is not refundable. I am now without the money or the dog.
