Giving puppy away but i pay delivery fee of $300.00 then received email stating they needed $1150 for insurance for puppy or no delivery so now $300 are nonrefundable douala

Payment of $300 to be paid to British Cameroon. The puppy will be delivered to the address you provided to the seller; once they receive the money by western union they will email you 2 days later stating you need to provide life insurance for the puppy or else it will not be delivered. They will then also tell you that the delivery fee of $300 is non refundable due to it being the delivery ticket only!
