I worked for Hive Consulting (owned by Carri Adams) in Feburary and March of this year. They closed down with out ever paying me. 2 months later, after networking I located a phone number for a partner and co-conspirator, Cindie Heit now doing busness as Advanced Plus Personnel. After several weeks of correspondence, she finally mailed me a check. I cashed the check about 2 months ago. The bank notified me today that the check was dishonored by the bank and that I AM personally responsible for the fraudulent check and the returned check fees.
I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Metro Dallas and the Texas Attorney General for them to investigate the companies and their owners. If you have been messed over by them, please email me with your story so that I can attached it to the complaint form.
Also, I want to know if anyone would like to be listed as a plaintiff in my small claim court lawsuit against these individuals. I AM PAYING THE FILING FEE to initiate the lawsuit. As long as the total cliam owed doesn't go over $10,000.00. The only cost to you is for you to get the plantiff form notarized and the stamp to mail it to me.in additon, I would like to split the $70 citation fee per defendant. This is paid directly to the COURT, NOT TO ME. I can send you the form via email. The more people involved (up tp $10,000.00), the little we have to pay to have them served.
I am searching company filings with the Secretary of State to locate any additonal owners or defendants.
If anybody know the whereabouts of these individuals, please contact me.
Make sure you have any correspondence or documentation such as receipts, invoices, canceled checks, etc to give to me.
