I wanted to purchase a teacup yorkie from a lady name louise phil. She stated that she would ship the puppy to me at the cost of 150.00. All I had to do was western union the money to Fon Ransom and puppy would be shipped today. After paying the money I never received a email or text message back stating when I will receive the puppy. They took my money and I have not heard from the since.
