Lack of customer service

Wal-mart customer service (lack of) never fails to disappoint me.in the last month; I wasn't able to find Rye Bread so I stood there looking straight at the manager while she chatted with a friend, then had the audacity to ask me if I was waiting for her!

I went into Wal-Mart for a sweet potato. When I did not see any, I asked where they were, I was told they were out. I asked if he understood I was talking about a potato!

Wal-mart, at least make an effort to get it right.
