Delivery Delay - doors

I am pissed off with the Thorton Home Depot. I placed an order on 2nd Jan and they told the ETA is 16th Jan. They called me back on 14th and told that it will be shipped on 22nd. Now I booked the installers on 18/19 and moving on 26th.

I spoke to Home Depot manager also and they are not ready to help at all. They have a fixed tape which keeps repeating "Its Vendor", we cannot do anything.
