Order Promised January 16 Now Shipping January 22

I am very upset with the Thorton Home Depot. I placed an order on 2nd Jan and they told me the ETA was 16th Jan. They called me back on the 14th and told me it would be shipped on the 22nd. Now I have booked the installers for 18/19 and I am moving on the 26th.

I spoke to the Home Depot manager also, and they are not ready to help at all. They have a fixed tape that keeps repeating, "Its Vendor, we cannot do anything."
