Ecently i decided to renew my majic jack account which i had opened january 06 todays date being jan 03 when i began to fill out the form it stated the renewal rate was $29.95 annual a $10 number change fee because i wished to change it after i began filling it out a yellow pop=up window over=rode the screen saying congratulations it was my lucky day and my 29.95 rate was crossed out and it stated my annual rate would now be $19.97 it did not say anything else nothing regarding the purchase of five years which the horrible customer sevice 3 of them including a supervisor who identified herself as carol the first service agent was jason the second was jay who explained that it had come up in error nonetheless i filled it out and submitted it at that rate and changed my number checked out and "magically" when i reviewed my reciept the amount had changed back to the $29.95 and they refused to honor the advertised pop-up rate regardless that it came up on their site and that was the amount i agreed to. Rather than use common intellegence and honor what they advertised they continued to hang up on me. Ive actually had service with them for last five years and rarely actually used the device but had had no reason other than bad connections most of the time when attempting to reach a live person it was easy the first 2 years after that it has obviously degraded to a dishonest company who cares nothing about their customers i will be happy to change to another my transaction# ts25406789 number origonal 786-350-4823 changed to 904-352-8453 email robeknott@gmail.com client id: captivefront i am a general manager for a worldwide corp that up until today carried their product and will be discontinuing it and happy to take any returns at all locations its not our policy to carry product like this
