What the heck? - service at this restaurant

Went to a New Years breakfest with my family - all the kids and my folks of my brothers - my folks called ahead, we arranged for 11am and they knew to arrange the tables which they did - we ordered our drinks... 2 hours go by - we have young kids in the family - its hard to wait - the Manager came out she was not apologetic, did not over discount or anything on the house like you Might if a customers order was 2 hours late!!!
