IHOP opened a new resturant in Picayune MS. I took my family and my mother in law to eat there 1-22. The resturant was not busy at all. Maybe 5 tables total. We waited an hour and twenty minutes for food. My family was through eating by the time I got my meal. The manager and the owner came to our table to apologize, but they still brought us a bill for over 65 dollars. The more I think about it, the more angry I get.
