Package not delivered (READ) - fedex shipping

I ordered some items from amazon, which comes with a tracking number. I have kept a close eye on the tracking and around dec 23 it stated that my items were delayed due to mechanical issues with the aircraft or truck. Then one minute later it reads incorrect address and that is the last i have heard from them. It still reads the same thing even though its a week later! Where the hell is my package fedex! You guys kind of suck!
