Failed delivery

I ordered my daughters bday gift and it was shipped from amazon with a tracking for you guys. On dec 23, it reads delayed for mechanical issues, then one minute later it read incorrect address. I know my math and you can't get from Indianapolis to Louisville KY in one minute. Sorry, it doesn't work like that, unless you're Santa clause. I still have not received these items. I have the tracking and everything. It's been a week and no update on the tracking since then and no packages.
