Six months ago called to cancel, they got me. (KEEP IN MIND I HAVE NO CONTRACT) They upped channels Added starz and lowered payment to a reasonable level. Why not continue right? I did. Got recent bill in wich they no longer offer me the discount and no longer have same channels so i call to cancel. Supervisor stated my bill will be pro rated and service off with a confrimation email. 24 hrs., later nothings changed. No email. I called again 30 min into the call supervisor states he doesnt have option to send email and that i had already recieved one and theres nothing he can do. Really? Whats this company doing? Ive got a option to resend was does he not? He continued to state i would have to email direct tv directly. Still waiting on response.
