All lies... Read the manual and was afraid it would ruin my car. They credited my account when they overcharged $7.99 for shipping. They lied with the extra bottle and they send you a 3OZ bottle. A television ad that states it is $19.99 and then they charge you $15.98 for shipping and handling. They use high pressure tactics to try to get you to do auto delivery every 30 days. If this stuff is supposed to work for up to 2 years. Why would I have to have auto delivery? Very rude customer service. After reading the manual, decided to send it back. Read on internet and in the manual that it is likely to send back product and not get a refund. This company is a total scam. Very hard to get a human being on the phone. They originally charged my credit card $35.97. This included a $15.98 shipping charge. (Mind you, when I called to complain, LISA credited my charge card without hesitation for $7.99) They obviously get numerous complaints on this issue. Ludicrous! It states in the manual: Please make sure that you submit all required documents. Company will not consider incomplete requests nor will we contact you or return anything to you for resubmission. Company is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail; we recommend that you keep a record of your shipment (i.E. Delivery confirmation or certified mail, return receipt requested) to ensure delivery. They are warning you of not getting anything back. I refuse to be ripped off. This company has got to be stopped. Hope you can help.
