I was looking for a manual for a 1989 15 HP evinrude outboard. This website had what i wanted or so it said it included:

1973 -1989
2 to 235 HP
All V engines
All 1Cyl. Engines
Include Jet Drives

In which my motor would be included. I paid the 14.99, downloaded the manual, but the 1973 - 1989 was only for 48 - 235 HP. There was one other review on the same manual saying it was incomplete. I think they should refund our money.
