Burn Fat # 2 Fraudulent Billing Delayed shipping of sample in order to bill your account once notified i received instructions to send the shipment back no credit yet

Received internet mail to try sample bottle of product, just charge shipping charges to my credit card. Was told the product would be shipped to my home. Charge appeared to my Visa account on 1/11/06 still no product. Second charged appeared $ 99.90 on my charged card on 1/24/06. Then i received the product in the mail after the billing. I call to complained and was told to send the product to the address supplied for a full refund credited back to my Visa card. U.S. Postal service confirm delivery made on 2/3/06. The company acknowledge receipt of merchandise they said on 2/8/06. Contacted numeruos times with promises that it would appear on my next statement. I also contacted credit card company to explain what's going on.

I contacted Lean Life today 4/11/06 to find out where's the credit and was told that they would look into it. I asked was this a U.S. Corporation was told that thaat information was not available. Then I was instructed to contact my credit company for further instructions, what ever that means. I filled a dispute with my credit card company from the beginning, so they are aware of the problem (Macy's Visa red Star Card). The credit card company removed the late charges as of 4/11/06. I have an excellant credit rating and don't want to ruin it.

I am retired and would like this company to live up to it's promise to refund the credit. When I spoke with them today 4/11/06. Now they are saying that they received the returned product March 3rd a month later than before. I dont' know what to do from here. They told me to contact my credit card company. I don't know why. I smell a rat on this. My husband and I just promised faithfully never to order any thing ovr the internet again, which in the past we have done so quite a bit. Something has to be done about this. Lean Life or Burn Fat # 2 whatever they call themselves should'nt be allowed to get away with this. They just bait you in a trap and never intended to do right and they are slick about encouraging you to send the product back right away. Now I wonder what was in the box I never had a chance to open in the first place.
