They promised a refund if the software wasn't any help. I filled out the refund form two days later and was notified it would take two weeks to process my refund. I never got the refund and ended up having to buy a new computer because of a worm that destroyed my computer completely. They also said the first month was free and I had 30 days to try it. I am disappointed to say the least. Since I paid with PayPal, I filed a dispute with them with no avail. Now PayPal has decided not to protect my buyer's garantee and decided in the seller's favor. What a rip-off!!
