Vision Lab Tech ripoff

OK i made a purchase on the phone with epiclear on sep 8th 2004 because my sister said there was a free bottle which makes people hopeful because they make it seem like they are offering the product for free because it really works.

I purchased the shipping method of 12.95 and gave consent for that amount to be charged to my account. The lady on the phone was extremely nice about it and seemed helpful whihc gave me the impression that this was a great company and that the product would work.

Besides what's 13 bucks gonna do its worth a try...

A month later i find out there is an amount for 164.90 pending on my account, i immediately call up the company and they inform me that they dont do refunds but they cancelled all future orders...

I got really angry at them because they have to do a return if it is unsolicited merchandise which it was i never consented over the phone or in writing to make a future purchase of 164.90 and i would never do that since i dont have that much money...

I wrote to the BBB and the business responded back saying that since i ordered it they put me on an auto-ship program which was also not told to me til now and that they stated that...

This is a lie and a scam i received the bottles in the mail and sent them directly back to the company because it was unsolicited merchandise which entitles me to a full refund...

This is a scam and should not be allowed to occur because this is unethical and wrong for a business to do..
