Ipoff dishonest fraudulent billing: Vision labs charged over 160 dollars on my credit card without my consent

I ordered the free sample of epiclear wich cost me 12.95 with shipping and handling. I used the product and soon found out that it did absolutly nothing to my complection. After trying the product for about two weeks I called to cancel and I waited on the phone for aproximatly 30 minutes, so I hung up and put off calling them for a couple days.

A few days went by and I recieved a 90 day supply of epiclear and found out my credit card was charged for 149.95 plus 14.95 for shipping and handling. I was outraged and called them immediately. I talked to a employee named Jenny and she said there was nothing she could do because I passed the 20 day free trial period. I then asked for her manager and she repeated what Jenny said. They were ruthless and rude!

I would never recommend this product to anyone! It's a Scam! They are not in the customer service business or the acne business! They are in the business to commit theft! Stay away! They will only cause you havoc!
