Disregarded, Ignored, Lied to, $200 expedited service is a SCAM

To date, I am out over $1000, have not received my expedited order, and have been directly lied to twice by this company.

-I paid $200 extra for expedited service, but such service was never rendered.

-I emailed three times to various emails they provide; a later answered phone call with a Cara Young would show that they were received.
However, I have not received any replies to these.

-I called the local customer service number, but it is out of service. When I called the 888 number, I got an answer, was given another number and told I would get a call back later that day. Yet, I received no call back and the alternate number given was also bad.

-Still not receiving replies to my emails, I called the 888 number again. This time Clara Young answered. She verified that my emails were received, but said she could not give me info on my order. She said her manger was unavailable but would email me back. Thus far no email has been received.

-It has been over a month and my order still hasnt been shipped. So much for a 12 day guarantee!

In conclusion, I wish I would have listened to my dentist and came here first. This kind of service is unwarranted, and down right unacceptable. If there are others out there who have received similar treatment and are interested in a class action case, Id like to know.
