Placed order June 2 for expedited delivery. My credit card was charged June 4. Order has not shipped, company will not respond to calls or emails

I ordered the cutest backpack and necklace for my two-year-old granddaughter's birthday and paid extra for expedited shipping. I received a confirmation and an order number, but the order has never been received. I called the company and was told that I would get faster service by sending an email, which I did. I got a response, saying that they had a death in the family and would ship right away.

I waited, and then left voice mails and emailed again. I got a response that there had been a water leak, but the order would ship the next day! It has not!

Now the company will not respond to emails OR phone calls. My granddaughter never got her birthday present, and she is crazy about frogs! What a rip-off!
