Worst Company Ever!

I put in an order around 11am for delivery before 5pm the same day (Valentine's Day). The order was never delivered and the next day, I received an email from them (of course after I emailed them first) that they had a high volume and the delivery is on it's way. I called/emailed (many times) to let them know that I don't want it anymore. No reply. Valentine's Day is gone and I want my money back (since I spend another $100 buying flowers elsewhere). This is probably the worst service I have dealt with. I would not recommend this company to anyone EVER. For those that do select this company, I just hope you don't have the same experience as I did.
