Charles Acree (Chas Acree) Deadbeat dad

Miscellaneous

For 4 years I have tried talking to my daughters dad. He is a deadbeat. When I spoke to him about paying his child support, he said "Take me to court, B*&^%."This was in 2009. Now he has not paid child support in almost 4 years. The child support he did pay and out of pocket he went through the court of Whitfield County. So his arrears go down but now his out of pocket for his half of medical bills goes up. He hired a lawyer, trying to say our daughter has not lived with me since 2009. He is also supposed to carry insurance on her, which he has not in 5 years. If you look at this, http://www.acreedevelopment.com/, you see he has a bible quote. He is all about the bible now, yet he does not support his child. And in 2010 he got this, 100k for one acre. Here is the link, http://daltondailycitizen.com/business/x1587879480/Three-companies-profit-from-county-land-deal, if you can't read it. Let me make it clear... Whitfield County will pay three corporations Acree Enterprises LLLP,
Acree Homes and Development LLC, and Ownbey Enterprises Inc. A total of $5.2 million for about 150 acres to build an industrial park near the I-75 Carbondale exit.

Last month, the commissioners unanimously voted to buy the land in south Whitfield County. The park targets six industries: advanced manufacturing, automotive, chemicals, data center, plastics and retail. It includes two large sites and five smaller parcels. Its main entrance is along South Dixie Highway, about a half mile from exit 326 off the interstate. About 3,000 feet will front I-75.

According to information provided by the county, heres a breakdown of the land deal:

$4.75 million to Acree Enterprises LLLP for 130 acres. The corporation was created in March. Its office is listed as a Dalton post office box, while the registered agent is Shane Lovingood.

$400,000 to Ownbey Enterprises Inc. For 20 acres. The corporation was created in June 1976. J. Rodney Ownbey is listed as its chief executive officer, chief financial office and secretary. Ownbey is president of petroleum supplier Ownbey Enterprises.

$100,000 to Acree Homes and Development LLC for about one acre. The corporation was created in February and it office is listed as a Dalton post office box. The registered agent is Charles Acree.

Yet he can't pay a measly 400 a month. Does this sound like someone you want to do business with? Acree Enterprises LLLP is one of the trust funds they have. Its all connected to Nevis, all of the trust funds.
You would think someone who does not pay a mortgage, bills, can afford to buy new cars, atv's go on many vacations, they would be able to afford to pay a measly $400 a month for child support, pay for insurance, and at least give money for his half of the out of pocket.
Yet he hires a lawyer... And he is still NOT paying his child support...
