Paying for being molested / interest on child support

I was 14 years old when my son was born. I was molested by a 18 yr old female! Monterey child support refuses to simply look at the 3 birth certificates. My arrears the first few years i was legally not old enough to work. Now with a $32,530 bill that
comes out of my disability check each month the interest charged it will never be paid
off!
If the roles where reversed i would certainly have to register as a child molester
the female does not, so im basically paying for being molested. Child support is not a credit card why all the interest? My son turned 20 sept 7th and still monterey county
child support will not address my case. I am handicapped suffer with a seizure disorder and ataxic cerebal palsy, monies taken from my disability could be used else where! If anyone has any advice please please post it
