I believe the Kosciusko County Office of Child Support Enforcement discriminates, they do not enforce or have not enforced my court orders granted to me. They are very rude and disrespectful. They are more concerned with helping the deadbeat parent find ways to get out of paying support than they are enforcing the order. They chose who they wish to help and they help those, whom they do not want to help, they will not. They treat you disrespectfully if you do ask them to help or even update you on any information. They do nothing but make excuses for deadbeats that do not and have not paid in years, excuse after excuse!!!
