I live in Florence county and I have two kids by my ex - boyfriend and tried to collect child support, I went to court twice and each time I went they gave him 6 months continuance and that's been 3 years ago, I filed again and the courts would never hear my case they keep telling me that I haven't filed. I tried through DSS and my paper work get lost, but every month he sends me to court for anything he wants and get a court hearing in a week. I still am filing for child support and they still say that they have lost the paper work or nothing was put in the computer for a court date. I seem to can't get any child support in this county for anything. He stalked me for 3 years; he cut my tires, loosen my oil plug, he took my mail and the police done nothing, he called child protection on me and they investigated my boyfriend and I, but when I called child protection they questioned me and said that I would be at fault.
