I ordered a free trial from this company where i only have to pay post and packaging and a few weeks later they stole first E99.95 from my account on the 29th november and then e109.95 on thr 1st of december i did not give permission for this money to be taking from my account this was supposed to be a free trial as advertised. There was no return address provided so i cant return the items, the website i ordered from has been shut down so i cant get in contact with these people, after a couple of days of using the products they started to cause a rash to my skin so are completly useless to me, please help
