On checking my recent bank statement I noticed that these two amounts had been taken from my bank account without my knowledge. I contacted the company & explained I had had no contact with them only to be told that i had not read the terms & conditions of their contract, I tried to explain again but they still insisted I was a member of their company. I have now contacted the fraud squad at the bank. I would like to know where they acquired my details from. They need to be shown up they are nothing but thieves. I asked for a head office address & phone number only to be told ther was no way I could contact them only by e-mail/I think this speaks for itself
