Here is a copy of a list that I sent to Bryan regarding my purchase.

The vehicle that I purchased from you (2008 ford Escape Ltd) has a bent frame, cracked unibody, not able to align the front end it is structurally unfit for the road without extensive repairs that will cost thousands of dollars. Some of the other problems in point form#1 left front hub 2 broken studs and an odd size tire#2 right front hub 1 broken stud#3 radiator bent and tried to fix with JB weld#4 air conditioner condenser bent tried to fix with JB weld#5 alternator not charging need replacing#6 gas tank leaks when filled up#7 transmission does not shift properly also (no overdrive)#10 no inner fenders on either side#11 antenna just poked through a hole in the fender#12 problem with airbags constant alarm sounding on dash (possibly on airbags)#13 factory rims replaced with garbage used rims no air pressure sensors (constant warning on dash)#14 right front wheel bearing worn out (56000 miles?)#15 bent frame and torn unibody#16 lower rad support bent beyond repair#17 front bumper bent beyond repair#18 vehicle was hit on left side pushing front end of car over 1.75 inches #19 windshield leaks bad #20 passenger side mirror smashed#21 warning light shaped like a wrench on constantly

I have to ask you….. Would you be happy with this? I can understand some of it but wow this list is outrageous. I am now into this car for $15,200.00 and in order to make it safe for my family to ride in I need to spend at least another $10,000.00. I am going to suggest that either you pay me $6000.00 towards the repairs or take the car back and give me a full refund, I will take care of getting it to Blaine Washington for shipping and take my lumps on the $5000.00 that I currently have spent on it. I was offered $500.00 What a thief
